1. Service Overview
Expunge California (“Company”) provides document preparation, case review, petition drafting, and filing assistance for:

All services are administrative, clerical, and based on publicly available legal procedures.
2. Eligibility Requirements
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Eligibility for expungement or rehabilitation depends on California law, including but not limited to:

No active probation or parole (unless legally eligible)

Completion of all sentencing requirements

Compliance with waiting periods (for Certificates of Rehabilitation)
If the client provides false, incomplete, or misleading information, the money‑back guarantee does not apply.
3. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to:

4. Client Responsibilities

Failure to cooperate may delay or prevent filing.
5. Fees & Payment Terms

Court filing fees (if applicable) are not included unless stated otherwise.
6. Processing Timeline
Typical timelines:

Timelines vary by county, court workload, and DOJ processing speed. We cannot control court delays.
7. Money‑Back Guarantee
